TM - World Class Service Provider?

Recently I emailed TM (Malaysia's Number One provider of information communication technologies) regarding a problem I have with my account.

Here is their reply:

YOU have been escalated??!

You will FEED US BACK to what???!

Edited: Despite their somewhat humorous email, TM has been speedy and courteous in solving my problem. Thanks TM!

Bwahahaha. They are hopeless la. You see the altantuya case? The Celcom exec "forgot" to show the court some phone records and doesn't know what TRC is.

Anonymous probably works for TM and probably wrote the email. Hahaha. Either that or he/she/it has such foul Engrish that the email sounds normal.
